The tall seat back has a curved top rail with a double shaped splat, centered between gently splayed uprights. The top rail of the seat back features an innovative cut-out cross design. The seat is upholstered with real cowhide, and the upholstery is hand tacked to the sides of the base of the seat with hand forged iron conchos. The front legs are hand turned and terminate in block feet, and the back legs are simple and slightly splayed. The legs are joined by hand turned crossbars, and with a back stretcher panel.
