The bowed desk top is covered with rich, brown, full grain leather, and its top rim has an ornate, hand carved, twist rope design. The leather is double stitched together for extra strength and durability, and the leather is hand tacked to the top with gorgeous, gilt nails. The desk has three, horizontal, rectangular drawers, and each drawer has a hand forged, iron handle in its center.
The top rest on a robust, solid wood base that has a curved design that continues downward until it reaches the staggered designed feet. The base of the feet are adorned with hand carved floral designs, and the feet are separated by a curved apron.
